During Emo 2015, that took place in Milano from 5th to 10th October, MWM Schmieranlagen presented the latest news and its products for Minimal Quantity Lubrication in its stand H17 hall 11.
- The new unit model ZFX for the minimal quantity lubrication of bearings in high-speed/power spindles for machine tools, together with spindle Step-Tec HVC140 with speed 42.000 min-1
- Centralized air-oil minimal quantity lubrication system MWM ZX-12 for the simultaneous lubrication of 6 GMN spindles, for 12 lubrication points.
- The compact air-oil MWM units:
- SL-Pro which, thank to the integration of patented optical sensors, digital pressure sensors and advanced PLC functions, allow 100% control of all important parameters
- ZG and ZS, compact and complete systems for the production of air-oil mixture dosing small and precise amount of oil in a continuous flow of air
- In world preview the new sensors with laser technology, for measurement of minimal flow rates and for internal MQL of tools
Moreover the new commercial partners were presented:
- Step-Tec - motor spindles
- Hiessl - MQL spray systems
