Oil mist lubrication systems complete with air treatment unit. Comprehensive of digital sensors for air flow, for air pressure and IFX-F fog sensor with digital display.

For applications in industrial plants, in oil mist systems, where it is necessary to control the lubricant quantity supplied to the lubrication points. To guarantee the functional safety of oil mist systems.

The system, fully assembled and tested, is supplied mounted on a sheet metal plate.

Installation is very easy.

After set the necessary lubrication parameters, i.e. the number of drops of lubricant on the oil mist generator (EAL430-SMC) and established the compressed air pressure value, it is possible to check the value of the lubricant quantity dispersed in the mist.

The set value of the lubricant quantity is shown on the display of the IFX-F fog sensor.

The value is programmed with a simple manual calibration of the IFX-F sensor. The reference nominal value generates a nominal numeric message of 100.

Compared to the set reference value (100), there are two alarm thresholds in the event of a 30% decrease (value 70) or in case of a 30% increase (value 130).

These systems provide all the information necessary for the correct management of pneumatic systems, as they are equipped with compressed air flow control and supply pressure control.

There is also a version with a double system, for the oil mist lubrication of two separate and independent users.

All systems are equipped with electric lubricant level control present in the nebulizer tank.

The electrical signals refer to an electrical terminal block enclosed in a protection box.
